We read everything that comes through here. Whether you have cooked something from the site and want to tell us how it went, hit a step that did not work, or have a question about an ingredient or a substitution, the form below reaches us directly.

What to get in touch about

• Recipe questions — substitutions, equipment, scaling a recipe up or down, or what went wrong. Telling us the recipe name and the step you were on helps enormously.
• Corrections — a quantity that looks off, a missing ingredient, a timing that does not match your oven. We would much rather hear about it than leave a mistake published.
• Permissions — using a photograph or republishing a recipe. Our Terms of Use cover what is already allowed without asking.
• Collaborations — brand work, recipe development, and photography enquiries.
• Accessibility — if something on the site is unusable for you, please say so. See our accessibility statement.

Reply times

This is a personal blog rather than a company inbox, so replies usually take a few days, and occasionally a little longer during busy weeks. Every message is read.
